We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@solopipe.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Great idea but poorly executed. Not sure how this got out of the prototype stage without tweaks.
Using the key to turn it on is super picky and if you turn it too far, it bypasses the button and fires the coil before you are ready. Then you are going back and forth jiggling it trying to find the sweet spot where it’ll make the button work but not turn itself on… very sad…
Also pretty unusable for concentrates, the wax will just melt past the coils and into the bottom of the bowl.

I absolutely love this pipe. I love the convenience with it lighting it self. The cost for the accessories like the ceramic bowls, and glass steams were a lot cheaper than expected. I pre load my bowls for the next sesh. Makes its for a quick and easy exchange. Customer service also top notch. After my 2nd order I received an email thanking me for continued business. I can’t recall any company that I order from will take the time to do that. I’ll for sure be a repeat customer, and I’ll continue to recommend Solopipe to all my friends, and fellow smokers.
