🔧 Getting Started

  • Fill with quality butane: Use high-purity butane for best performance. Allow the lighter to rest 2–3 minutes after refilling.
  • Adjust the flame: Use the flame wheel to set a steady, medium flame for smooth ignition.
  • One-handed spark: Slide open, press to ignite, inhale. Slide closed to snuff and pocket.

🍒 Pro Tips for Smooth Sessions

  • Pack smart: Lightly pack ground flower in the bowl; don’t over-tighten to keep airflow clean.
  • Stir & clear: Use the integrated poker/cleaning tool to stir mid-session and clear the airway.
  • Wind & outdoors: Shield the flame with your hand for consistent lights in breezy conditions.

🛠️ Maintenance & Bowl Care

  • SoloBowl glass insert: Remove the insert for easy cleaning or replacement.
  • Quick clean: Soak the glass insert in isopropyl alcohol, rinse, and dry fully before reinserting.
  • Device body: Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth only. Do not submerge—Solopipe is not waterproof.
  • Lighter care: If performance dips, purge air before refilling and check the flame height.

6-Month Limited Replacement Warranty
Every Solopipe comes with a 6-month limited replacement warranty. If your unit stops working properly within that period, send us a short video showing the issue and a brief explanation of what’s happening. Once verified, we’ll replace it free of charge (shipping fee may apply).

What’s Not Covered

  • Water or liquid exposure — Solopipe is not waterproof.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear, drops, or misuse.
  • Damage from unauthorized modification or repair.

After Your Warranty
Even after six months, we’ve still got your back. You can purchase a replacement Solopipe for $20 (plus shipping) through our Replacement Program — because your favorite piece should always be ready to spark.

Multiple Replacements
If more than one replacement is requested within a 12-month period, we may require the defective unit to be returned for inspection before issuing another replacement. This helps verify recurring issues and improve product quality.
