As the founder and inventor, I want you to know: I stand firmly behind every Solopipe product. The Elektra was designed with care, built to perform, and backed by our commitment to your satisfaction. Below are best practices, key tips, and our warranty policy to help you get the most from your Elektra.

🔧 Getting Started with Elektra

  • Power On: Elektra ships turned off. To turn it on, remove the poker packer tool from the mouthpiece and use the flat end to shift the switch on the bottom from OFF to ON.
  • Ignition: Elektra only activates when:
    • The slide bowl cover is fully open
    • The device is ON
    • The button is pressed (auto-shutoff after 10 seconds for safety)

🍒 Pro Tips for Smooth Sessions

  • Pack It Right: Grind material before use and fill the ceramic bowl about ½–¾ full for optimal airflow and ignition.
  • Even Burn: Use the poker packer tool to stir mid-session and keep your bowl burning evenly.
  • Charging: Full charge (90–120 minutes) ≈ 60–75 ignitions.
    • Blinks 20× = fully charged
    • Blinks 3× = unplugged too soon

🛠️ Maintenance & Bowl Replacement

  • Ceramic bowls and the storage insert slide in/out easily for cleaning or replacement.
  • Use only the glass insert for dabs/concentrates.
  • Do not press on the coil when replacing bowls — it’s delicate and essential to ignition.

Cleaning Note: Soak ceramic bowls in rubbing alcohol, then dry completely before reinserting. Elektra’s body is not waterproof — avoid all liquid exposure to protect the internal battery and components.

1-Year Limited Replacement Warranty
Every Elektra is backed by a 1-year limited replacement warranty. If your unit stops working as expected, send us a short video showing the issue and a brief explanation of what’s happening. Once verified, we’ll replace it free of charge (shipping fee may apply).

What’s Not Covered

  • Water or liquid exposure — Elektra is not waterproof.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear or misuse.
  • Damage from unauthorized modification or repair.

After Your Warranty
Even after your 1-year coverage ends, we’ve still got your back. You can purchase a replacement Elektra for $50 (plus shipping) through our Replacement Program — because we believe your favorite piece should always be ready to spark.

Multiple Replacements
If more than one replacement is requested within a 12-month period, we may require the defective unit to be returned for inspection before issuing another replacement. This helps verify recurring issues and improve product quality.
