It works wonderfully. I already gave a review and I'm not sure where the review went to but I already handed in a five-star review. Even my girlfriend who can't smoke anything can put it into the preheat mode and get a little without coughing. I find the only problem is it dies out too fast the battery gives way too fast and after a while the more you push on the mouthpiece it more it comes compressed and doesn't smoke like it should but I think that's a little experience that I need to get through to figure out how to work it properly. I think it's a wonderful item and I just need to learn the trick of the trade so to speak. Good work. Excellent excellent device
