I have two of them and they couldn't be more different One the on off button turns freely the other one was so stuck we almost could not get it to work One the bowl cap opens easily the other one it does not One the tool stays in securely The other it comes out easily. I don't see a consistency in the build quality and that concerns me about it's longevity. Even one battery seems to die quicker than the other and they were both purchased from the same location brand new on the same day. After that it does work and it works so well it may be the best way in my opinion to consume cannabis it feels like a lighter bowl and a vaporizer in one. smooth hit, flavorful, works well, designed well (besides that tool) and the fact that you will have to buy replace coils it may be my favorite overall and I've had expensive dry herb vaporizers, the genius pipe, resin, rosin carts... i tried almost everything and while some dry herb vaporizers are the best when it comes to flavor and healthiness The overall experience and ease of use this one shines brightest. i just hope it hold up for the long run.

Great pipe but…
The pipe itself works great. I got the Elektra. I also bought three replacement bowls for it but they don’t actually work for some reason. I replaced the original bowl and put in one from the three pack I bought and the element does not get hot. Tried the other two and got the same result. Tried the extra bowl that came with the pipe and it works just fine.
