Warranty Coverage

We stand behind every Solopipe product. Each item is designed to deliver years of dependable use, and every model includes a straightforward replacement policy.

Elektra — 1-Year Limited Replacement Warranty

  • Coverage: 1 year from purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.
  • What’s covered: Electrical or ignition failures and manufacturing defects under normal use.
  • Not covered: Water or liquid exposure (Elektra is not waterproof), cosmetic wear, misuse, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
  • How to claim: Email info@solopipe.com with proof of purchase, a short video showing the issue, and a brief description. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement free of charge (shipping fee may apply).
  • Multiple replacements: More than one replacement requested within 12 months may require the defective unit to be returned for inspection before another replacement is issued.

Outside Warranty (Elektra): After 1 year, you can purchase a replacement Elektra for $50 (plus shipping) through our Replacement Program.

Solopipe (Original) — 1-Year Limited Replacement Warranty

  • Not covered: Water/liquid exposure (not waterproof), cosmetic wear, drops/impacts, misuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs.
  • How to claim: Email info@solopipe.com with proof of purchase, a short video showing the issue, and a brief description. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement free of charge (shipping fee may apply).
  • Multiple replacements: If more than one replacement is requested within 12 months, we may require the defective unit to be returned for inspection before issuing another replacement.

Solo Toker — 30-Day Quality Guarantee

  • Coverage: If your Solo Toker arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it—simple as that.
  • Window: Contact us within 30 days of purchase.
  • Not covered: Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, drops, impacts, modifications, or liquid damage.
  • How to claim: Email info@solopipe.com with your order info and a clear photo/video. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement (shipping fee may apply).

Notes for all products: Warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from solopipe.com or authorized retailers. Warranty is non-transferable. In cases of discontinued finishes/SKUs, we may replace with an equivalent model/color. Taxes, duties, and shipping are not covered.


Accessories — 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be confident in every part of your Solopipe setup.

  • Eligibility: Accessories such as bowls, inserts, chargers, and cases may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
  • Condition: Items must be unopened, free of residue, and in resellable condition.
  • How to start: Email info@solopipe.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with instructions and an RMA number.
  • Refunds: Issued after inspection. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Gather info: Order number or proof of purchase; shipping address; short video (or photo for Solo Toker) clearly showing the issue; brief description.
  2. Email us: info@solopipe.com with subject “Warranty Claim – [Product Name]”.
  3. Verification: Our team reviews and confirms next steps (replacement, inspection, or troubleshooting).
  4. Replacement: Approved replacements ship promptly. Standard shipping fees may apply.
