I replaced the original bowl and put in one from the three pack I bought and the element does not get hot. Tried the other two and got the same result. I replaced the original bowl and put in one from the three pack I bought and the element does not get hot. Tried the other two and got the same result. Tried the extra bowl that came with the pipe and it works just fine.

Battery life is great and I love how once you shut the lid on the bowl it can’t be turned on also it has pass through charging so u can use it while it’s charging!!!! For concentrates I don’t believe it’s that great but overall I give it a 10/10

I replaced the original bowl and put in one from the three pack I bought and the element does not get hot. Tried the other two and got the same result. Tried the extra bowl that came with the pipe and it works just fine.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
